PopAddress is a simple to use yet very powerful address book that will make keeping track of contacts, dialing the phone, printing envelopes, and more so easy! At the touch of a "hotkey" (a key or combination of keys, including the function keys you can assign or change any time you like) you can access your address book instantly from within any application! Many features make PopAddress the ideal address book, such as:
• Dial any phone number in the PopAddress database with a click of the mouse button without having to leave the application you’re in!
• Access to all addresses at the click of the mouse button
• Select a name & address from an email you've received (or while browsing the web with your favorite web browser) or a letter you are writing and PopAddress will automatically grab the name, address, email address and URL and add it as a new record to the PopAddress database at the touch of a key, it's that easy!
• Print envelopes
• Paste an address, email address or any piece of text from an address record into whatever document you are working on
This program performs functions that will benefit any Mac user and is extremely simple to set up and use. You can now define all those unused function keys on your extended keyboard (or use any other keys) to perform extremely useful tasks!
